About Us
A home away from home, built around belonging
Jewish Community Collective exists to help Jewish Canadians and displaced Jews create meaningful relationships, access trusted resources, discover opportunities, and build a true sense of belonging as they establish their next chapter in America.
Our Mission
To help Jewish families create options, build meaningful community, and establish a stronger future through trusted connections, local support, and strategic opportunities.
Our initial focus is building a thriving network of community hubs across the U.S., beginning in Boca Raton.
As our foundation grows, we envision expanding the model globally to serve Jewish families wherever opportunity, security, and community are needed.
Why We Exist
The real challenge is finding your people
For generations, Jewish communities flourished because they created strong networks of support, friendship, mentorship, business relationships, and shared traditions.
Today, many families find themselves searching for greater opportunity, stronger community, deeper alignment with their values, and the freedom to live as Jews without fear. Yet finding a new location is only part of the journey.
That is why Jewish Community Collective exists — to create intentional communities where people can connect, belong, and thrive.

Our Focus
What we stand for
We create intentional community hubs where members can immediately plug into relationships, events, introductions, resources, Jewish life, and opportunity.
Real estate, immigration, business, and investment are optional benefits within the ecosystem — not the reason the organization exists. Community comes first.

Stronger Together
Hands together, hearts connected
When people come together with shared values and a shared purpose, something powerful happens. Our community is built on real friendships, mutual support, and the simple belief that no one should have to do this alone.
This is what belonging looks like — people showing up for one another, building something lasting, one connection at a time.
Our Founder
Why I created Jewish Community Collective

Lauren Cohen, Esq.
Founder, Jewish Community Collective
I grew up proudly and openly Jewish in Toronto. I experienced firsthand the strength that comes from living within a vibrant Jewish community where relationships, traditions, and shared values are woven into everyday life.
The Toronto of today is no longer the Toronto where I grew up. People are challenged for being openly Jewish. People are fearful to wear Jewish symbols in public. Over the years, I watched more and more people begin asking difficult questions about their future — questions about opportunity, about belonging, about where they could build their next chapter.
And now, increasing numbers of Jewish Canadians are seeking a Plan B.
After spending more than two decades helping individuals and families create opportunities across borders, I realized something important: the greatest challenge isn't paperwork. It isn't finding a house. It isn't logistics. It's finding your people — and staying connected. Because Judaism is about so much more than religion.
Jewish Community Collective was created to solve that problem. Not as a business. Not as a service provider. But as a home for connection, belonging, opportunity, and community. Because no one should have to build their next chapter alone.
"IF YOU HAVE A WHY, THE HOW WILL FOLLOW."
Our Core Philosophy
Purpose creates possibility.
The phrase "If you have a why, the how will follow" originates from Viktor Frankl, Holocaust survivor and author of Man's Search for Meaning. It was later echoed by Hersh Goldberg-Polin and shared by Eli Sharabi in his 2025 book, Hostage. These words guide everything we build.
